Student Organization Fair - Registration for Outside Vendors,  Companies, and Nonprofit Organizations
The Student Organization Fair happens every Fall semester during Welcome Week. This year, it will be on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 from 10 AM - 2 PM on the University Mall (the green space between Fogler Library and the Memorial Gym). The Student Organization Fair is an opportunity for students to get involved with campus and community organizations.

If you are interested in tabling at this event, please fill out the following form below. Every group at the Student Organization Fair is provided with a table and two chairs.

You will be charged $250 to table at the event, exceptions will be made for non-profit organizations. Checks should be made out to "University of Maine" and can either be submitted at the Information Booth (which be located in the middle of the University Mall) or be mailed prior to the event to:
