Thank you for registering your interest in attending the Much Wenlock Festival Craft Fair.

The event will be held on Sunday, June 12th, between 11am and 5pm — the last day of the Festival, in conjunction with the Open Gardens.

In 2018, the Open Gardens event was a record-breaker for the Festival with hundreds of people attending! It was a fantastic atmosphere. For the 2022 Festival, we're expecting great things!

By completing this form,  you are officially registering your interest in attending BUT please note:

1. To keep things as fair as possible (and interesting for our visitors) we can only permit 2 stallholders per category of products. For example, two silver jewellery stalls, two decoupage stalls, two handmade soaps stalls etc. We will allocate space on a first-come, first-served basis. We will let you know as soon as possible if we cannot reserve you a space on this basis.

We are now full for silver jewellery stalls and sadly can not accept any more.

2. We have a fully licensed cafe-bar on-site for the duration of the festival, and for this reason, we sadly will not be allowing any stalls/vendors selling hot or cold food or beverages; unless expressly selling them for gift purposes. Sorry.

3. Each stall will cost £25 and will be allocated a 6ft table space. We are working on allocating one electric socket per space, but cannot guarantee it at this stage. A £10 non refundable deposit will be taken to secure your space with the rest payable on the day. Once you've been accepted as a seller, we will send you a PayPal address to pay your deposit.
