Seattle Fall Ball - Official Volunteer Sign-up Form Event Date: November 1, 2019
Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in helping to make the Black Marriage Movement-Seattle Fall Ball a great success. On Nov. 1, 2019, roughly 335+ Black Married Couples (from multiple generations) will pour into the Ballroom at the beautiful Lake Washington Hyatt in Renton, WA for an elegant and relaxing evening  We are delighted to serve black married couples in this way and it is our goal to ensure a great experience for each Black Marriage Standing Strong on this evening. With that said we know we can't accomplish our goal without the support of caring volunteers who believe in the mission of the Black Marriage Movement. There will be a variety of opportunities prior to the event date and throughout the evening where we will need volunteer support. We are currently looking for individuals who are patient, helpful, friendly, flexible, calm, professional if stressful circumstances arise and who LOVE to be helpful. We desire to make this a dreamy evening for the couples attending and the volunteers are a HUGE part of making that possible.

If you feel led to volunteer at the Seattle Fall Ball on Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, please share a little info with us, select ALL shifts that could work for you and we will be sure to follow up with you to confirm a time slot based on the number of hours you are available to contribute on this day.
