Come join us for the Western Regional Noyce Alliance (WNRA) networking gathering at the California Science Teachers Association Science Education Conference in San Jose, California October 18-20.
The networking meeting is open to anyone involved with an active or former Noyce program. The networking events will focus on planning and debriefing your conference experience, networking educators with similar interests from other Noyce programs, and developing a plan to take what you learn at the conference back to your classroom, school, and district. The Friday night meeting and reception will include a poster session where participants can share data and results from teaching projects they have been working on as a way of connecting with others.
WHEN: Poster session and reception Friday evening, October 18, beginning at 6:00 pm in the San Jose Convention Center Room 210B.
Meeting debriefing and breakfast Sunday morning, October 20, beginning at 7:00 am in the San Jose Convention Center Room 210B.
STIPENDS: A stipend of $175 will be provided for the first 75 Noyce program members to sign-up for and attend the Friday and Sunday sessions. If you wish to present a poster at the Friday evening session, please indicate this below. Paperwork for the stipends will be completed on Sunday.
