12:00 - 2:00 SAR New Member Orientation and Affiliate Presentations (for new REALTORS® and Appraisers)
2:00 - 5:00 MLS Training (New Participants/Subcribers)

*If you joined SAR as a Primary REALTOR® member or Appraiser, you MUST attend all sessions to satisfy membership requirements for NAR, SAR, and Global MLS.

**Secondary REALTOR® members or Appraisers, please contact SAR to determine which sessions are required.

***If you are a current member looking to complete the NAR required Code of Ethics training + CE credit, the course fee of $10 will be invoiced to you after registration.

Code of Ethics - 30 days after join date
Global MLS Training - 60 days after join date
SAR Orientation - 120 days after join date

Failure to complete requirements before the deadlines result in suspension of membership in SAR and Global MLS, no exceptions.

Late cancellation/no-show fee is $15 for SAR Orientation.
