We will offer a short workshop for conference attendees, to discuss and build together possible actions to engage children and young adults in Aerospace science, with a focus on improving inclusiveness.
Participants will first identify one group of people that is currently under-represented in their audience and that they would like to reach. They will outline possible means of engagement specifically targetted at this group. Making use of the Airbus Foundation Discovery Space online resources, participants will then be guided to design an event, a programme or an exhibit for their institution that will engage the missing group in aerospace science.
The Airbus Foundation may support participants who wish to follow-up after the conference and implement their designed programme.
