Incomplete Grade Submission Form Required by the Registrar and Online Learning (Canvas)
Please access the Incomplete Grade Submission form at the link below. This is a new dynamic form, so you no longer have to download or email. When you hit submit at the end of the form, both Online Learning and the Registrar will receive your information. This form will allow you to both report an Incomplete grade and extend your Canvas Course at the same time by using one form instead of the traditional two-step form process.
