I also understand that the event staff, individual members, and the property, are in no way responsible for any injury, dismemberment, disability, death incurred, or personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the activities I attend on June 9-11, 2023. I will hold harmless event staff,  individual members, Company D, 5th Minnesota Infantry, 79th Company, any other living history group associated, the property owners, in relation to any loss, damage, injury, death, or other consequence of my participation. *
