Occasionette policy: Due to the nature of small business, new, unused, sellable items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. We want to be reasonable and operate on behalf of Occasionette as a business while remembering our mission statement to be sure customers are leaving happier than they came in. 

All exchanges must be logged here the day the exchange takes place.
