This Registration for Vacation Bible School at Emmanuel Episcopal Church June 17-21th from 9am-12:30pm. If you fill this registration form out by June 14th you will not need to fill out a paper registration the day of. However, the parent/guardian of the child will need to sign an excel print out form of the registration on June 17th (or Sunday June 16th from 9am-12pm), and fill in any missing information at that time.
