6th Grade Social Code of Conduct and Attire Guidelines
Our goal for the 6th grade social is that the students have fun in a safe environment. Based on feedback from past chaperones, current teachers, and school administrators, we’ve put together a Code of Conduct for the 6th grade spring social. All students are expected to behave in accordance with the Curtis Middle School rules and dress in appropriate casual attire. Thank you for your assistance in ensuring a safe and fun event for all!

Please fill out the information below and review the guidelines with your child. If you have more than one child attending, please fill out one form for each child.
