Use the form below to submit your order.  Payment details will be sent via email after the order is placed (please remember to check junk mail for emails, which should come within 48 hours of your order placement).  All orders will only be closed when proof of prepayment is submitted.

Orders will take approximately 15 business days to complete and will be available for collection from the BFPA office on Bay Street, St. Michael.  An email notification with collection details will be sent when ready for collection.

Alternatively, you can opt to have the order mailed directly to you for just $3 BBD per mask!
