Space is limited so send your completed registration forms today. Once we have received your form we will send out additional information and waver forms that need to be signed.

Please fill out one form per child.

Morning Drop-off: 8:30 am- 9:00 am
Afternoon Pick up: 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm
*Fridays have an early pick-up: 2:00 pm- 2:30 pm
