Please note, joining the waitlist does NOT mean you will get accepted for the markets, you will be notified by email if you have been accepted off the waitlist with specific instructions, at this time you will be able to either accept or reject this spot in our market depending on if it works for you.

Our goal with these markets is to bring curated handmade artists from across Nova Scotia together, vendors must be selling handmade, vintage or food products to be eligible to participate, we will not be accepting MLM businesses. We will be selecting vendors by category to minimize overlap between vendors. Vendors will be selected based on their application and online presence, we recommend ensuring you have a breath of your work showcased online before applying.

Where: Dewolf Park, Bedford
When: June 22nd, from 10 am - 3 pm (rain date June 29th)
Vendor Fee: $35

August 

Coastal Makers Market Annual Summer Market
Where: Dewolf Park, Bedford
When: August 10th, from 10 am - 3 pm (rain date August 11th)
Vendor Fee: $35

September

Coastal Makers Market Annual Fall Market
Where: Dewolf Park, Bedford
When: September 28th, 10 am - 3 pm (no rain date)
Vendor Fee: $35

Booth size:
While this is an outdoor market, we are still limiting booth size to a 10 x 10 area to ensure the market is contained in one area. Vendor spots will be sent out before the market on a detailed map with plenty of information to guide you through the market setup.

Refunds and cancellations:

We are unable to offer refunds do to inclement weather, if the weather causes us to move the market to our rain date, and you are unable to make the rain date, we will not be able to issue a refund. Once your spot has been paid for, as long as the market proceeds (even if it is rescheduled) your fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Insurance:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the duration of the market. While we have not had issues with it in the past if vendors wish to purchase 1 day insurance for the event we recommend looking into this with your insurance provider before the event.

All markets are free for customers to attend.

*Please note tents are NOT provided, while they are not required to participate in this market they are recommended as it does get very warm in the summer and can get windy on the waterfront.
