Mechanics: 1.
This promo shall be open to Metro Manila subscribers with existing and new fully verified (KYCed) users who purchase all local load products (Telco, Broadband, Gaming and Non Telco) through Buy Load in the GCash app. 2. Eligible GCash users who are fully verified must register and agree to all conditions through the registration form

3. Promo period will run from Jan 22, 2023 – Feb 12, 2023
4. There will be a draw on February 13, 2023 at 2pm via Zoom to select 16 winners.
5. 1 PL4 LBB Premium Ticket will be awarded per winner (8 Tickets for Day 1 (March 25) and 8 Tickets for Day 2 (March 26)

Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable. In the absence of winners their representative can claim their winning ticket with the following requirements: - Authorization Letter with photocopy of valid gov't IDs of the winner
- Copy of the Notification of Winners
- Valid Gov't ID of Representative
8. Winners will be drawn with a DTI representative daily using GCash system
9. Winners will be informed via SMS and email after the draw date once all transactions were verified as valid.
10. The winners will be notified via registered SMS, email, or phone call to their GCash number. A GCash representative will contact the winners to verify their identity and provide instructions on how to claim the physical ticket.
11. Claiming of prizes will be 60 days from the date of notification.
12. All winners must agree through the registration form to claim their tickets in GCash Office (W Global Center 9th Ave, BGC Taguig City)
13. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners agreed to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media.
14. GCash reserves the right to use the name, broad location/province, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
16. Customers who have been determined to be fraudulent or abusive in any ongoing or completed GCash promotion are automatically disqualified for the promo.
17. GCash, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards for suspicion of abuse or fraud in concurrence with DTI.
18. GCash employees, its partners, and agencies will not be eligible to join this raffle promo.
