New Jersey T&F State Records Submission Form
We've created this form to help keep track of any corrections that may need to be researched and updated for our state record hub article on NJ MileSplit.

Please try to provide as much detail and resource as you can. If this form does not cover all you need to submit that information you may contact robert.kellert@flosports.tv after submitting what you can here. 

Sometimes historic update requests which require research time are submitted during busy in-season months and our hope is this form will help keep them in one place so they can be addressed and researched when slower periods allow.
