Butler Area School District Meal Order Form
Families are able to register any BASD student or child (18 and younger) who resides in the Butler Area School District for free breakfast and lunch while students are learning remotely. We will be prepared to provide breakfast and lunch for each child who is registered through this form.

This form will be used through December 9. If you have previously signed up to receive meals to go while our schools are operating remotely, you do not need to sign up again.

If you would like to sign up for three meals for December 7-9, you may do so below.

Meals (3 breakfasts and 2 lunches) can be picked up at Emily Brittain Elementary School or the Senior High School. Meals can be picked up between 11 am and 1 pm on Monday, December 7.

The last scheduled delivery for this closure will occur on Monday, December 7.

Please use the form below to sign up. Orders that are received by Sunday at 5 pm will be available for pick up or delivery the next day (Monday). If you order your meals AFTER 5 pm on Sunday, they will not be available until the following week.
