Have you signed up your child(ren) for Summer Camps with the Bristol Recreation Department in the past? (If yes, which camps?) *
Children and staff will be required to complete a health screening before entering camp each day.  This will include questions like "Are you feeling well?  Have you been in touch with anyone with symptoms?" The screening will also include a temperature scan by a staff member with a 'no touch' thermometer.  Are you comfortable with these daily procedures? *
Children and staff at all camps will be required to maintain physical distance of at least 6ft (unless in case of emergency).  Are you confident your child(ren) will be able to follow this rule? *
Children and staff will be required to provide and wear their own masks for much of the day until requirements are lifted at the State level (exception for  activities that include strenuous exercise). This will be a challenge for some of our youngest campers, especially in hot weather. Is this something your camper is willing/prepared to do? *
It’s important to note that many of our summer camp programs are hosted on the Bristol Rec Field, which is frequented by many other members of the community. Although we will do our very best to follow social distancing guidelines, it’s important to acknowledge that there is some inherent risk associated with summer camp activities in public spaces. It’s important for each family to consider their individual comfort level when deciding whether or not to register your child(ren). Given this information, and updates on how camp may look differently, do you still wish to enroll? *
