We are hiring for:
*Baker:
Responsibilities:
•
To keep the cleanliness of personal hygiene.
•
Ensure all products are prepared and cooked with company standard recipe and ensure compliance with all company policies procedures, standards, and guidelines.
•
Tests and develops new recipes.
•
Assisting the team to maintain food quality and minimise food wastage.
•
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and follow food safety standards.
• Constant needs for self-improvement and training.
Requirements
• Proficient in Western, French, Italian and Korean Pastries.
• Looking for applicants with legal right to work in Malaysia.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate in Bakery.
• Minimum two (2) years working experience in the related fields.
• Must be passionate in work, possible toward arts and pastry.
• Able to work on Shift, Weekend and Public Holiday.
*Barista:
Responsibilities:
•
Dynamically working on a role shift as coffee Barista, Cashier, Server.
•
Provide good customer services and willing to connect with others.
•
Maintaining the hygiene and cleaning standard of the shop.
•
Preparation and serving of coffee & other beverages.
•
Perform daily operation activities in our retail shop.
• Friendly and good team player.
Requirements
•
At Least 1 year working experience as coffee Barista.
•
Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
•
Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
•
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.•
Customer service attitude
*Service crew:
• Looking for hardworking, dedicated, and energetic team players.
• Candidate to have some working knowledge of the Food and Beverage background.
• A good communicator and able to interact with all levels of customer and team member.
• Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).
