Ashford Castle: Guest Pre-Arrival Self-Declaration Form
In light of the global risks associated with the current Covid-19 pandemic, no company can guarantee a risk-free environment and protection against the spread of Covid-19. It is a joint responsibility between our guests and hotel team.

Data collected by Ashford Castle  will be used for lawful government tracing programmes and not for any other purpose. This data will be retained for one month from date of capture.

Therefore we ask that you complete the following self-declaration form 48 hours prior to your arrival at Ashford Castle. Any guest arriving to Ashford Castle is required to complete this form.

We will always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity.  Data will be transited / stored / purged in alignment with GDPR.
