You are invited to participate in the first-ever Alumni Pep Band during Homecoming on Saturday, October 26.
This is in conjunction with the 40th Anniversary of the Music Department and the Baccalaureate degree at Wingate University.  For other anniversary events, please go to the Wingate website.

The Alumni and current Pep Band will rehearse together at 2:00pm in the Instrumental Rehearsal Room in the Batte Center.  Rehearsal will end no later than 3:00pm. (For those wanting to attend the Alumni Choral concert at 2:30, you will be able to do both!)

The football game starts at 6:00pm with the halftime performance around 7:00pm.  Participants are invited to sit in with the current band in the stands and play along with the Fight Song and other stands tunes if they wish.  We will have a seating area just behind the band for participants and families.  Game tickets can be purchased through the Athletics Department page, www.wingatebulldogs.com.  (We are hoping that those individuals that are playing at halftime will be able to get in free - more info as we know it.)
