The Atrium is BYU contracted women's housing. We offer year-round contracts starting at the beginning of Fall semester (August 31, 2024)
Cost (shared room): $460+utilities (projected to be $63/mo)
Cost (private apartment): $760+utilities
Parking is free but is assigned on a first come, first served basis per receipt of the deposit and contract materials. Parking is not guaranteed to all tenants, and does not affect your qualifications to receive a contract.
Security Deposit: $325 ($25 is a nonrefundable cleaning fee)
