We'd like to help ease the payment for your RCBC Credit Card dues through the Special Balance Conversion Program.

You can stretch payment for your Outstanding Balance for up to 36 months installment at a low monthly add-on rate of 0.90%. To help you manage your cash flows, your Card will be temporarily suspended until your payment history has been established for six (6) months.

  1. I agree that all the information I provided in this form is correct.        
  2. I agree that all of my total outstanding balance at the time of processing the request will be subject to the Special Balance Conversion, except for any existing and unbilled installments which I have expressly stated to exclude in reference to my response in question no. 8.
  3. I agree that RCBC and RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) will not be liable for any erroneous transaction arising out of the information I have confirmed to be correct.
  4. I understand and agree that once I enter into Special Balance Conversion, my RCBC Credit Card will be temporarily suspended for the next 6 months and it will only be reactivated once I am able to continuously pay the monthly dues for the next 6 months or if I decide to pre-terminate and fully settle the balance, whichever comes first.
  5. By my acceptance of the offer through this web form and providing all relevant information for the processing of my application for Special Balance Conversion, I am confirming my agreement to the same even in the absence of my actual signature.
