If you’ve been thinking about learning self-defense, but you haven't been sure where to begin, this seminar is perfect for you!
During this special 2-hour free seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and then you will learn several techniques from the Women Empowered program, which emphasizes defending against the four-phases of attackers through physical technique, AND the self-defense mindset. No experience is necessary.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout attire (no tank tops or cut-off t-shirts to prevent mat burn).
