COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT - The "second chance" form

Copyright infringement is a clear breach of the law. Everywhere in the world.

We, at Badmintonphoto, believe in "second chances". We do know that not every one is aware of the way images can be used - or not. This is why we are willing to explain to you how things work, and give you the chance to amend your mistake. You will then be aware that this wrongful use of our images in any of your publications will be invoiced next time, with penalty fees.

Here is what you need to do, if you want to avoid the invoice for the use and the penalty fee for copyright infringement. You have 48h to do the two following things otherwise you will receive an invoice from us.

1. TAKE DOWN / UNPUBLISH ALL IMAGES. that belong to Badmintonphoto from your publications (we also provide all BWF's platforms so if you do not know where the image comes from, we suggest you take it down)

2. FILL THIS FORM to agree that you have made a mistake and that yourself or the company that you represent will not use any of Badmintonphoto's images in the future and accept to pay for any later use of our images under copyright.

Once this is done, you will be cleared for invoicing this exceptional one time.. This is your second chance. If you are caught using our images again after filling the form and being warned, you will be invoiced and will have to pay for a penalty fee. Even if you take down our images.
