Staff and volunteers of King's Community Church have shown proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and identification (or proof of being entitled to vaccination exemption) is required for participants 18 and older, including parents or guardians of youth actively participating in organized activity.

Please wear a mask upon entrance to the building - mask must remain on and can only be removed (optional) when participating in activity

Check in on the registration list provided, showing proof of vaccination and identification (for those 18 and over)

If you are not feeling well (cough, sore throat, fever, etc.) please choose to stay home
