NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!! We are not looking for experience, but rather a drive to learn and participate. None of us came in knowing how to design planes, code flight computers, or run outreach events; our team is here to build those skills and apply them on our Ultralight. Through this application and the interview, we're looking to get to know you as a person, not what your opportunities were in the past.
