School Closure Grab and Go Meal Orders
Trussville City Schools will be offering one drive thru pickup location at Hewitt-Trussville Middle School March 30, April 1 and April 3 between the hours of 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  

You can pick up food for ANY child in your home age 18 years or younger. Meals will include a lunch for that day and a breakfast and lunch for the following day.  

Fill out this order form before 5:00 PM the day before pickup.  Enter the HTMS front small Visitor parking lot for drive thru pick up. If your child has a food allergy, the packaged meal will be labeled accordingly.

Only submit this order form once.

Do not attend if you or someone in your family is sick.
