Please fill out the information for this tournament. Your anglers MUST HAVE a B.A.S.S. membership number to submit this form. They must sign up with BASS (this is a one-time payment for the year) and get the membership number before you fill out this form.
At the end you will be given a link to pay through Square.
If the tournament is full you must pay to be put on the waiting list. If a waiting list team does not get to fish in the tournament because no teams dropped out, the $ will be refunded.
If there is a limit to an Event you will be notified if you did not make the list and are put on a waiting list.
