Vaccine Update
This form is to sign up to receive an email when your priority group qualifies for early vaccine. Leaving your email here will NOT sign you up for a vaccine dose. It WILL provide a form of contact to the health district so they can let you know when you may qualify for vaccine.

Please monitor that email for updates. SCPHD does not have enough staff members to make personal calls to update individuals on the vaccine distributions status. If you do not have an email you are able to monitor regularly, please watch for updates through the SCPHD website, social media, press releases, local news stations, and/or from your community leaders.

Because the United States has a very limited supply of vaccine, it may take several months to have vaccine you qualify for.
