This Event is a Provincial Event and all table fees are a donation to our Fieldtrip program where we give out free fieldtrips to any school or youth organization each year.

I understand that this event is held inside/outside, and I am responsible for bringing my own setup including chairs and tables/trailers/tents/etc. I understand that I am allowed to bring propane heaters in regards to weather for outside vendors only. I understand that the fee is due to secure my spot, and that refunds are only issued if the event cannot run due to Covid-19 regulations. I understand that the event coordinators cannot guarantee anyone's sales. I also understand I must follow all regulations set out to prevent and slow the spread of Covid-19. Please note there is no WIFI connection available, that all booths are responsible for data if they require terminal service.
