Hello Wonderful Authors, we are so thrilled to have you here.
First thank you for trusting us with your book baby! We know how much love and hard work goes into making your books happen, and we are so happy we can be part of that journey by spreading news of your book/books!
This will be a lengthy read but I like to be honest and lay it all out. That way you know what to expect before you decide to fill the form out.
If you are able to have a tour with us, there will be a welcome email with a shorter form, it will be collecting the necessitates for the tour/tours you have picked.

There are just a few notes to be made before you sign up.
To help us understand you and your book we will be asking you a series of questions. Please answer honestly. While we want to do our best to accept everyone, there are somethings we still have to consider. Also, we don't want our readers blindsided with what they're signing up for.
Please understand that spots can fill up. We wish we could fit everyone in regardless of the number of signups but that won't always be the case.
Please note- We will not use anything you give us, or the hosts outside of the agreed terms. If a host goes outside of the agreed terms, we will check into why they didn't stick to the tour dates, (most importantly) if they reveal anything before the time and date you have selected, they are no longer allowed to be a host through us.
All reviews are honest!!
We cannot and will not force the hosts to leave positive reviews. What we will request is, if their review will not be complimentary, to please wait until after the tour is over and to not tag you in any negative reviews. If they have any personal feelings against the book, and they strongly do not want to be connected to the book, we will allow them to back out of sharing all together. At Equality Book Tours, we not only want our authors to feel equal and included/ respected but our hosts too. We want them to be comfortable with what they read and share. We will note once more, in the case they DO want to review it negatively we ask them to at least wait until the tour is over, we can’t guarantee a favorable review and will not be held responsible.
Depending on the tour you request, the time you need to book varies. Ideally, we would like to book no less than two months away from the date you have in mind. That would allow us time to gather everything we and you need together for the tour without feeling pressure and have wiggle room if things came up.
However, if you have a different timeline, please reach out to us and go ahead and fill out this form. We will do our best to work with you depending on our availability, but don’t shy away from asking! We want to do our best to help you. **We will consider one month out from the start of your tour date if we are able! **
If your tour is near a holiday, it's an all-around busy time, please keep in mind that it could affect the tour so some moving around dates might need to happen. We want to do our best to keep that time free of tours so our hosts can be with their loved ones or just have that time to themselves.
Author/ PA is responsible for getting anything that’s required for the selected tour to Equality Book Tours in a timely manner. If there are any last-minute things after you sign up, we ask for everything that is needed for the tour/ tours, to please be sent to us a week before the start date. This is so we have time to work any last-minute details out and have it in time to send to our hosts.
Unfortunately hosts may not always post for reasons beyond our control. Equality Book Tours is not responsible but will make efforts to reach out to the host.
