If you are an at-home learner experiencing an issue with a DISTRICT ISSUED device, please complete the following help request form and a representative from your student's campus will be in contact with you soon.
Please be sure to attempt the following steps before submitting a ticket:
o If students have issues with their T-Mobile hotspot, they should first call T-Mobile at 844.341.4834 for help.
o Be sure device is plugged in, turned on, and has been reset - hold power button for 5 seconds
