2021 spring recital measurements
In order to maintain social distancing and best practices at the studio, we are asking for parent/guardian help to obtain student measurements for costume ordering this spring. In your welcome packet, there is a measuring tape. Please review the measuring guide (video on website) and enter your student's measurements below.

Student measurements must be entered by Monday, January 25 in order to have a costume ordered for your dancer. Please email us at office@studioblafayette.com with any questions.

A costume will be ordered for every dancer that is performing with us (one costume per enrolled class). The costume fee will be processed with the card on file on Tuesday, January 26. Cost is $65 - $80, depending on the age/level of the class.

If your dancer wears a leotard to class, please list their current size below. This will help us if they are between sizing. We will size dancers UP if they are between sizes, to accommodate for any growing between now and the recital.
