First and foremost, parents and guardians, the Technology Department hopes all is well with your family and would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the following survey. Please fill out one form for each of your students as needs may vary by student.  A lot of planning and preparation has gone into Black River's plan to return to school this fall. As this plan continues to develop, we now need to include technology specifics as well.  

Whether your student(s) will be joining us in person or virtually in a couple of weeks, we need to know more about their technology needs to be fully prepared.  We look forward to supporting all of our students this fall and doing everything we can to assure they stay as safe as possible and have the technology access they need for their learning.
