We want to to make your wardrobe fitting as efficient as possible! Gathering measurements ahead of time will be helpful--thank you for completing the form below and contacting Ian@madisonyouthchoirs.org with any questions.

All singers NEW to MYC need to be fitted and ALL singers moving from Con Gioia to Capriccio need to be fitted and their Con Gioia dress needs to be returned to the MYC office.

Everyone else: if your MYC wardrobe still fits you can STOP! You do not need to fill out this form. If you've outgrown your items, please continue (and please return all of the wardrobe that no longer fits to the MYC office ASAP so it can be used by another member.)

How to measure for garments:
Height: With shoes on, stand with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. The measurement from the top of your head to the floor is your height.
Bust: Measure (under arms) around the fullest part of bust. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, usually the belly button area.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of hips.
