Pickleball Membership
Pickleball is available at the American Legion for members outside of scheduled events. The City of Sibley has first use of the building, and all rentals take precedence over pickleball.

- Registered members will receive a door access code to utilize on their cell phone or keypad code. If you would like a key fob one can, be provided for $25. One fob will be issued per player and may not be shared. Key fobs must be returned after canceled membership. 
- Replacement key fobs are $25
- Players must be registered and paid to play pickleball. A first-time player is free when accompanied by a member. All subsequent attendance after the first must be paid. 
- No access will be granted for private gatherings. 
- No couple or group rates. All members must pay the membership fee. 
- Disciplinary action will be taken if you are in violation of any of the rules. 1st offense - membership deactivated for 1 month; 2nd offense - membership deactivated for 2 months; 3rd offense - membership terminated with no refund. 
- Members must provide their own pickleball paddles & balls. 
- Members are required to help keep the facility clean. Please bring clean shoes to wear while playing.
- All lights must be turned off when you leave the facility
- No food or beverage besides water is allowed in the facility while playing pickleball.
- Use of the stage or other equipment is prohibited.
- Minors are to be accompanied by a membership holding adult.
- Suggested 2 hour playing limit
- A legion calendar will be posted with reservations.
- Memberships may be purchased at the City of Sibley, through the Sibley Parks & Recreation Director or online at www.sibleyiowa.net/sibley/recreation. 
- Please allow up to two business days for memberships to be activated.

Waiver of Liability

I hereby certify that I am in north normal health and capable of safe participation in the City of Sibley Parks & Recreation Pickleball Program. I assume all risks and hazards incidental, and I agree not to hold the City of Sibley, Parks & Recreation Director, employees, volunteers, and sponsors responsible for injury that may occur during the participation of this program. I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in the City of Sibley Parks& Rec program and acknowledge that there are inherent risks in participating that cannot be eliminated even when the greatest of care is taken. I know, understand, and appreciate these inherent risks. By submitting this form, you agree to this waiver.
