Local B18 Work Referral Form
Looking for extra work?  Please fill out the form below.  When employers ask for available B18 members, the Local will use the information you provide.

Work may be full-time, part-time, or temporary.

There are a number of ways to view or edit your response after submission:
1) Bookmark the link;
2) Check your e-mail if you requested a copy of your form when you submitted it;
3) Submit a new form, which will replace any previous submission.

Be aware that B18 may provide your name and contact information to the prospective employer.  B18 is counting on you to represent the Union well when you are contacted.  Be enthusiastic, even if you have to turn down an offer of work.
