Survey to assess needs and/or bottlenecks of getting beef, chickens, dairy, goats, sheep, swine slaughtered, cut, wrapped and frozen in the counties of Crawford, Erie, Mercer, Venango and Warren.
The purpose of this survey is to identify how many animals are currently being processed in the 5 county areas & whether there is enough demand to build a new facility based on current numbers. If warranted the new facility would be designed so future expansion would be feasible with minimal disruption.
