This application is not a guarantee of event participation. Vendor applications are jouried. All merchants will receive a confirmation as to the status of their application after the application deadline.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Strawberry Festival Fees:
APPLICATION FEE: $20
Late Application Fee: $25 (applied automatically to applications submitted after 4pm, June 8, 2021)

Your $20 application fee, will be applied to your vendor fees due of confirmed vendors.

VENDOR FEES
Regular entry: $195 per 10'x10' outdoor space
Non-Profit entry: $95 per 10'x10' outdoor space

Vendor fees are not due and will not be collected until after vendor confirmation. The vendor confirmation process will take place by June 14, 2021. A confirmation email will be sent to confirmed vendors. The confirmation email will include your appropriate Vendor fees due based on your application. Vendor fees are fully due June 25, 2021.

We kindly ask that you do not bring your payment in person this year to our office due to the unprecedented times and limited staffing. The $20 Application fees must be paid within 7 days of submitting your application or application may be voided and may affect consideration for future DBA events. A detailed vendor invoice will be sent upon festival confirmation or via request.

All participants selling food must be licensed by the Health Departments. If you are not, contact Riverstone Health Dept. 406-247-3200.

If Trailer, include the hitch in dimensions. Width cannot exceed 12' due to fire regulations. Please, no canopies extending from trailers/trucks.

Electricity (food vendor only):
Food vendors can purchase electrical outlets for $20 each, however whisper quiet generators are encouraged as the downtown electrical grid is limited and easily overloaded. 110 v is available. All vendors requesting electricity must bring their own adapters correct for their vehicle.                                                                                                                            
If electrical is requested above, your must have the adapters needed to plug into a regular 110v three-prong outlet.
