Our 2021-2022 PTO Board Nominations are being presented at the PTO meeting March 1th at 3:00pm.  If you are interested in a position below, please complete the nomination form.  We are excited to create an amazing year for our school community with the PTO.  Elections will take place at the April 5th PTO meeting at 3:00pm.

President: The President is responsible for approving the meeting agendas, presiding over all meetings, and coordinating the work of the officers and committees.

Vice President: The Vice President assists and supports the President and other board members as needed.

Secretary: The Secretary sends out meeting notifications, prepares meeting agendas, take notes at all meetings, and posts approved meeting minutes.

Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for all funds of the PTO. Leads the annual budget development process.

Financial Secretary: The Financial Secretary counts and deposits all money that is brought into the PTO as necessary.

Historian: The Historian(s) photographs school events, oversees the creation of the school yearbook.

Hospitality: “Hostess with the Most-est”, Hospitality Coordinator(s) arranges meals for teachers and staff welcoming them back to school, snacks for monthly Staff Appreciation, goodies and meals for teachers and staff the week before Winter break and meals/snacks during Teacher Appreciation week in May.

Volunteer Coordinator: The Volunteer Coordinator(s) are responsible for assisting event chairs and PTO leadership in securing volunteers for on-campus events.

Communications Coordinator: Communications Coordinators are responsible for the ongoing weekly,
monthly, and as-needed communications to all constituents of the PTO.

Development Coordinator: The Development Coordinator(s) manage and oversee the fundraising efforts of the PTO, including our main fundraiser in the Fall, Go Speedy Go.  Other fundraising includes family dinner nights and corporate sponsorships.  

If you aren't sure about a board position but want to be involved, we have a lot of great opportunities for committee members.  These include: Meet the Teacher Night, Ice Cream Social, Trunk or Treat, Fall and Spring Book fairs, Spirit Wear, School Supply Kits, Box Tops, Watch Dog Dads, Carnival Committee, Stem Night, and Parent Superintendent Council.
