Three o’clock is exploring bottom-up initiatives in France and Spain during the coronavirus pandemic. By filling out our survey, you will help us understand how people and communities respond to such situations, and how public authorities could support them better in the future. Our research will give visibility to examples of community-led innovation that can help others.
