2024 Collin County Fire Investigators Association 12th Annual Forensic Fire Death Class Registration (Must Be Filled Out By Every Participant)
Please fill out this form to register for the course; you are not required to make payment immediately. However,  pre-payment is required for reserved seats. The course Fee for 2024 is $820 per seat and if your invoice is not paid before July 1, 2024 you will be charged $920.00. per seat. After filling out this registration form, you will be contacted by our Treasurer, Travis Green TGreen@fairviewtexas.org or Joe.Wetzel@Wylietexas.gov, to make payment arrangements. An invoice will be e-mailed out to you, and payment can be made online with a credit card or check. Credit card fees will be deducted from any refunds before July 1, 2024, after this date no refunds will be made, however, you may send another representative  from your agency, or request to transfer your seat to the 2025 course. No seats paid in 2024 will be honored after 2025. After the 2025 course, the seat is forfeited and the registration fee is forfeited.  You may contact our association president Steve Seddig at (214) 843-0669 for immediate questions.

The Forensic Fire Death Course begins on Spptember 22, 2024 at 2:00PM and runs through September 25, 2024 5:00 PM Central Time. Vital infomation is shared September 22, 2024 and every participant is expected to arrive on time. A computer will be required to follow along and get course infromation throughtout the course.
