Top 4 qualify for 2022 Midwest & Northern NAFA Nationals
Coaches to provide insurance and NAFA roster at check-in prior to the first games played
NAFA Can provide assistance with securing hotel blocks for teams if needed


Entry Fee: $550 if received by August 15, 2021, $600 after
