Volunteer COVID-19 Protocol

This form MUST be filled out for each volunteer shift you are working. It MUST be filled out prior to your shift. All volunteers MUST check-in in the front office if your shift starts during school hours. If it is after school hours the ticket worker will have a list of volunteers, please sign-in with them. This will be the only way you are allowed to get into the game without a ticket. This does not include working at Shelton Stadium. Any volunteer shift at Shelton Stadium, you MUST buy a ticket to get in.
