By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed below, so please be sure to read them all!
Certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.

As a main subject of the commission, I will NOT do:
❌ explicit gore
❌ overly muscular characters
❌ elderly characters
❌ copy another artist‘s style
❌ offensive imagery

I retain the right to reject a commission for any reason.

I. PAYMENT

• payment is upfront
• for commissions over 100€ I accept half upfront and half after the sketch approval
• I only accept EUR/€ via PayPal
• NO full refunds after the sketch!
• you may cancel the commission without any charges, IF I haven't started working on it yet
• if I can't, under any circumstances, finish your order you'll get an appropriate refund~

II. PROCEDURE

The following applies to every type of contact: be nice, polite and open-minded.
I will do the same.

• a submitted Google form must be properly filled out and contain the information that is requested
• otherwise: communication is key!◝(´꒳`)◜
• I'll send you an invoice with a listing of the commissioned work we both agreed to
• you'll receive several WIPs during the process (depending on the complexity), so please be sure to specify any changes you need
• I will not necessarily send you a sketch to approve, if the commission is a monochrome sketch
• I won't make big/major changes for stuff that has already been approved, unless I've made a mistake
• when I turn in my final version you still have the opportunity to request minor edits such as color adjustments
• commissioned work is delivered through wetransfer - you'll receive a link with the folder that will contain the files

III. COPYRIGHTS AND GENERAL USAGE

• the artworks will include a subtle signature that you are not allowed to remove
• I can post the final version of the drawing on my social media and use it as a sample for my commissions - if you do not want me to tag you publicly on it, please let me know ahead of time
• you are NOT allowed to alter the artwork without my consent or reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, i.e. making money off it in any way without paying a commercial fee
• you ARE allowed to print the artwork for personal use though - feel free to make prints, stickers, etc. for yourselves and/or your friends
• my commissions are for personal use only by default, in the case of needing a commission with commercial purposes, you'll need to discuss it with me first
• a commercial fee generally costs from 100% to 300% of the price of the commissioned work, depending on the scale of the commercial purpose and the work in question
• the commercial fee may be purchased separately of the artwork, i.e. you may commission me for a personal work at first and then pay the fee at a separate time, once you make the decision that you'd like to use it for commercial purposes
• Vtuber models are priced with the commercial fee included!
