Human-Automation in the Maritime Sector
What is this survey about?
More maritime industry employees or crew who usually work “on-site” or “on-board” are starting to work remotely. It is possible that remote working will remain or become more commonplace in the future. With this survey, we aim to understand the impact of automation and autonomy on the mental and physical health of personnel involved in maritime operations.

Who are we?
As the world heavily depends on maritime operations, we at the University of Plymouth are researching maritime cyber-threats as few organisations have the capability, connections and facilities to do so. The University of Plymouth Maritime Cyber Threats group is uniquely placed to make significant contributions in maritime cyber-security and brings together leading-edge multidisciplinary research and practical expertise from across the University and beyond.
