As parents, you may wish to share useful information about the specific needs of your child.  This input should be conveyed to me through the Google Form with supporting information by Friday, June 4th.  Your information should describe the needs of your child and should not be a request for a specific teacher or assignment.  Any letter containing a teacher request or received after June 4th will not be a part of the planning.
