The training is not intended to treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Attending the training is not a replacement for psychotherapy or psychological counselling.

Payment Policy
The full amount must be paid prior to the start of the training. If special arrangements for payment have been made, these must be supplied in writing and signed by the participant and us. In order to qualify for the ASE Faciitator training early booking fee, the full amount must be paid by latest 3 months prior to the start of the course.

Training updates
We constantly aim to improve the quality of our courses. Therefore, changes to content, structure or format may be implemented at any stage.

Responsibility
You are responsible for your own well-being while at the training. None of the training leaders, facilitators, organizers or venue hosts may be held responsible for any concerns arising in your personal life after having attended the training.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the participant due to a medical emergency or severe crisis in the family, once verified, will be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy (below). Other than that, the following applies: If the participant cancels within 45 days before the training is due to start, 50% of the full price will be retained. If the participant cancels within 30 days before the training is due to start, 75% of the full price will be retained. If the participant cancels within 15 days before the training is due to start, 100% of the full price will be retained.

Refund Policy
Deposit payments (30% of the complete fee) to secure one's place on a course or retreat are non-refundable, but in the event of a severe crisis, the deposit can be transferred to a future course or retreat up to 18 months after the originally booked date.
For all courses (including any onsite or online training), 30% of the complete fee is considered payment for the study material, manual and the related resources that are made available to the participant upon enrolment. This amount is non-refundable regardless of any reason for cancellation from either the participant or us. Once 6 months have passed since the enrollment date, a maximum of 50% of the received fee is refundable. After 12 months a maximum of 25% of the received fee is refundable. After 18 months no refunds will be paid.
Refunds due to cancellations: If the cancellation by the participant is verified due to evidence of a medical emergency or severe crisis in the family, then the amount paid will be refunded (excluding the deposit). If the organizers cancel a training that you have paid for, you will be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit). If the organizers postpone a course and if the alternative dates do not suit you, then you will be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit). Any financial losses arising from a cancellation (i.e. flight cancellations, banking fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the participant. In order for the refund to be considered, the refund amount must be agreed upon in the Refund Agreement Form. The registered date of a refund request will be the date when both the refund recipient and Jevon Dangeli have signed the Refund Agreement Form. Refunds will be paid between 60 to 90 days after the Refund Agreement Form has been signed by both Jevon Dangeli and the refund recipient. Any banking fees incurred in the refund process are the refund recipient's cost.

Postponements
It is possible to postpone your attendance to a future scheduled training. If you postpone to a future training, you will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from such postponement (i.e. venue costs or price increases, etc.). All courses are dependent on a minimum number of participants, therefore we reserve the right to postpone at our discretion. Any financial losses arising thereof (i.e. flight cancellations, banking fees, etc) are the responsibility of the participant.

Group supervision sessions
Six live group supervision sessions are included in the ASE Facilitator training 'first attendance' (module 1) fee. ASE Facilitator training participants have access to the six supervision sessions that follow directly after the in-person (onsite) component of their training. Twelve sessions are included in the fees for the Open Awareness Facilitator training, the Transpersonal Coach Professional training, and the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner Professional training. All sessions take place online via Zoom once per month. Participants of the four courses listed in this paragraph are required (for certification) to attend the relevant amount of supervision sessions or watch the video recordings of any sessions that they were unable to attend.

Certification
Certification criteria for the ASE Facilitator certificate, the ASE Advanced Facilitator certificate, the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner certificate, the Transpersonal Coach certificate, and the Open Awareness Facilitator certificate are listed on the respective course information pages on our website www.authentic-self-empowerment.com.
