2021 Electoral Justice League Fellowship  Application
The Electoral Justice Project (EJP) of the Movement for Black Lives is excited to accept applications for our 2021 Electoral Justice League Fellowship.  We seek to award $75,000 to 12 Black-led ORGANIZATIONS that are expanding democracy and building political power in defense of Black lives.  

Each ORGANIZATION will receive:  
(1) funding to hire a fellow and grow your campaign;
(2) training by leading Black political operatives in campaign strategy & data development, campaign management, fundraising and etc.; and
(3) access to additional resources, legislative and policy development guidance and technical assistance.

To further the leadership development of your hired fellow, each fellow is required to attend in-person and virtual fellowship training sessions.  Below are important dates to know.

June 17, 2021 - Electoral Justice League Informational Webinar
June 30, 2021 - Application Submission Deadline
July 12, 2021 - Finalists Announced
July 22, 2021 - Finalists' Applications Due
August 6, 2021 - Fellows Announced
August 16, 2021 - Fellowship Starts
December 1, 2022 - Fellowship Ends

We encourage applications from Black-led organizations including, but not limited to, Black-led organizations that support Black otherwise abled people, gender nonconforming, transgender and formerly incarcerated persons.

To apply, please complete and submit this survey no later than June 30, 2021  at 11:59PM PST/1:59AM CST/2:59AM EST. Organizations selected as finalists will be contacted by June 11th to move to the final round of the application process.
